Pricing of New MGS Issue

The Accountant General is offering an aggregate nominal amount of €200m with an over-allotment option up to €100m of Malta Government Stocks which are being offered and made available in any one or any combination of the following two Stocks:

  • 3.40% Malta Government Stock 2027 (VI) at 101.25 with a YTM of 3.124%;
  • 4.00% Malta Government Stock 2032 (VII) at 100 with a YTM of 4%;

Jesmond Mizzi Financial Advisors Ltd (JMFA) is participating in this issue as one of the Authorised Financial Intermediaries and is currently accepting applications for this offer. The minimum subscription amount for each application has been set at €5,000 for existing JMFA clients up to a maximum amount of €100,000 nominal per person in multiples of €100 in any or each of the two stocks.

A €25 fee applies for direct applications.

Applications for retail investors not exceeding €100,000, open at 8:00 hrs on October 10, 2022 and close at 14:30 hrs on October 12, 2022, or earlier in the case of an over-subscription.
