New Bond Issue – Issue of up to €44,000,000 5% Mariner Finance p.l.c. Unsecured Bonds 2032
Please be informed that the Board of Directors of Mariner Finance p.l.c. has announced the issuance of €44,000,000 5% unsecured bonds maturing in 2032 to be issued at par and redeemable at their nominal value on 16 December 2032.
A prospectus dated 21 November 2022 in respect of the New Bonds has been approved for publication by the Malta Financial Services Authority.
An amount of up to €35,000,000 of New Bonds are exclusively available for subscription by holders of the €35,000,000 5.3% Mariner Finance p.l.c. unsecured bonds 2024. A further amount of €9,000,000 in nominal value of Bonds as well as any amount not subscribed for by Existing Bondholders will be made available to the General Public.
