Issue of €25,000,000 5.25% Qawra Palace plc Secured Bonds 2033

Please be informed that the Board of Directors of Qawra Palace plc has announced the issuance of €25,000,000 5.25% secured bonds maturing in 2033 to be issued at par and redeemable at their nominal value on 27 February 2033.

A prospectus dated 20 December 2022 in respect of the New Bonds has been approved for publication by the Malta Financial Services Authority. This bond offer will be available as from the 9th January 2023 and will close on 3rd February 2023 or earlier.
