for all of the Ordinary Shares in issue by
Hili Properties plc (the Company) has announced the intention of Hili Ventures Ltd to launch a conditional voluntary public takeover bid for the acquisition of all the issued share capital of the Company. Hili Ventures Ltd is offering €0.24 per share to all shareholders.
Hili Ventures Ltd (the offeror) is a privately-owned Maltese holding company with operations across 10 countries, employing over 12,000 people. It operates in diverse sectors, including food service & retail, real estate & hospitality, shipping, oil & gas, engineering, and technology. The offeror currently holds 299,999,990 ordinary shares in Hili Properties plc, representing just over 74.83% of the issued share capital.
