Marketing Administrator

The Role

The Marketing Administrator will be key in supporting and enhancing our marketing initiatives. We’re looking for a proactive and organized individual with a creative mindset and a passion for producing and managing engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Scheduling and managing content for social media channels, newsletters, and other communication materials.
  • Coordinating events, including client seminars and networking sessions.
  • Monitoring and analysing marketing performance metrics to inform strategy.
  • Maintaining and updating the company website and promotional materials.
  • Supporting the design and production of marketing collateral.
  • Liaising with external vendors, agencies, and media outlets to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Assisting in market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

About You:

We are seeking a resourceful and enthusiastic team player with a flair for creativity and an eye for detail. You’ll need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be results-driven, and have a knack for multitasking.

Requirements:

  • A qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both English and Maltese.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite are considered an asset.
  • A proactive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
