We are pleased to inform you that MM Star Malta Finance plc has announced the issuance of €35million 5.35% Secured and Guaranteed Bonds 2031 of a nominal value of €100 per bond issued at par. The Bonds are secured on the long leasehold title of the property and guaranteed by MM Star Holdco Limited.
Jesmond Mizzi Financial Advisors Ltd is participating in this issue as one of the authorised financial intermediaries and will be accepting applications for this bond, subject to a minimum subscription of €5,000 and in multiples of €100 thereafter. A fee of €25 applies for direct applications.
