We are pleased to inform you that Adventum Quartum Central Europe plc has announced the issuance of €15 million 5.75% Unsecured Bonds 2027 of a nominal value of €1,000 per bond issued at par. The bonds will be offered at par and redeemable at their nominal value of €1,000 on 21st December 2027.
Jesmond Mizzi Financial Advisors Ltd is participating in this issue as one of the authorised financial intermediaries and will be accepting applications for this bond, subject to a minimum subscription of €5,000 and in multiples of €1,000 thereafter. A fee of €25 applies for direct applications.
