MIDI plc – Commencement of Works on T17E

MIDI plc announced that it has commenced works on a new 13 storey block (T17E) situated on the foreshore at Tigne Point, which block will house 35 apartments and 3 duplex penthouses. This block is one of two remaining residential blocks to be developed by MIDI at Tigne Point. As previously disclosed, all excavation works, underground parking bays, roads and service network routes are already complete.

Over 98% of the apartments already constructed in the Tigne Point project have been sold and handed over to their respective owners.
