GlobalCapital plc – Purchase of own bonds

GlobalCapital plc announced that during the month of May 2013 it repurchased a total of 500,000 5.6% Unsecured Bonds 2014-2016 from its bondholders and this as permitted by the Company Prospectus dated 10 May 2006. All bonds so purchased by the Company are being cancelled.
