International Hotel Investments plc – New Bond Issue

International Hotel Investments p.l.c. announced that the issue of €10,000,000 5.8% Bonds 2023 (the ‘Bonds’) has been oversubscribed. As a result, the Intermediaries’ Offer which was scheduled for 13th November 2013 has been cancelled. 

 

In terms of the Prospectus, the Company will be announcing the basis of acceptance of applications and allocation policy by not later than November 15, 2013.
