International Hotel Investments plc – Offer document dispatched & Errata Corrige

International Hotel Investments p.l.c. (the ‘Company’) announces that it has dispatched to all shareholders of Island Hotels Group Holdings p.l.c. (IHGH) an offer document dated 1 July 2015 (the ‘Offer Document’) setting out the terms of a conditional voluntary offer in respect of all the issued shares in IHGH to be launched in terms of Chapter 11 of the Listing Rules (the ‘Voluntary Bid’). 

 

The Company refers to the Offer Document addressed to all shareholders of IHGH and highlights an error in section 8.4 of that document, where the Company confirms that it has already secured funding for the settlement of the initial instalment of the cash consideration and erroneously quotes the amount of €20,100,0000. The correct amount that should be stated is €21,100,000. The error is regretted.
