The Bank announced that the 4.6% HSBC Bank Malta Plc € 2017 Bonds (ISIN Code MT0000031220), will mature on 1 February 2017 in terms of the prospectus issued on 10 January 2007, will be redeemed at par to those Bondholders registered on the Malta Stock Exchange as at close of business on Monday16 January 2017. The last trading date on this Bond is Thursday 12 January 2017. Trading in the maturing Bond shall be suspended as from Friday 13 January 2017.
