The Company announced that its Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Wednesday 8 March to consider the following items,

–          Consider and approve the Company’s Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2016.

–          Consider the declaration of dividend, if any, to be recommended to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
