Due to a holiday in the United States of America, no determination of the net asset value and dealing will take place on Tuesday, 5th September 2006 in the Vilhena Top 100 Fund.

Accordingly, any applications for the purchase or sale of shares in the above Fund received at the offices of Valletta Fund Management Limited for dealing on Tuesday, 5th September 2006, will be dealt on the immediately succeeding dealing day.
