At its meeting held on 26.09.07, the Board of Directors approved the group’s financial statements and half yearly report for the six month period ending 31st July 2007.

–

Group turnover for the period increased by 4%, from Lm13.95 million to Lm14.48 million, while Profit before tax amounted to Lm1.42 million compared to Lm590,000 for the same period last year.

– 

The Board also resolved to distribute, out of tax exempt profits, an interim dividend of Lm0.003889 per share on all ordinary shares of Lm0.125 each (net dividend of Lm100,000). The dividend will be paid on 19th October 2007 to ordinary shareholders on the Register as at close of business 5th October 2007.
