Crimsonwing plc – Approval of Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2010

Crimsonwing plc announced the approval of the Company’s Annual Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2010.

The Group registered a Profit before tax of EUR 52,071, compared to a Loss before tax of EUR 570,700 reported the previous financial year. The loss per share changed from EUR 0.023 in 2009 to EUR 0.0007 this financial year. Revenue for the financial year ended March 31, 2010 increased slightly to EUR 12.28 million from EUR 12.07 million earned during the previous financial year. The Board of Directors did not recommend the payment of a dividend.
