We would like to keep you updated on how Jesmond Mizzi Financial Advisors Ltd is addressing the challenges of the coronavirus (COVID19). In line with the recommendation from the health authorities, we have taken additional measures to limit social interaction as much as possible.


As always, the health and safety of our staff and customers is our top priority. In this regard we are no longer having physical meetings or face-to-face appointments with clients. We have successfully implemented teleworking within most departments on the 13th of March, after we sent our first communication and all processes seem to be running smooth and close to normal. The majority of our staff is now working from home as advised by our authorities and we are ready for any eventuality of even stricter measures.

You no doubt appreciate that we are committed to taking the necessary actions to help support our staff and customers, as well as our community during this difficult time. It is therefore very important that you provide us with your email address and choose this as your preferred method of communication with us. This way you will be reassured that you are kept informed at all times and any documentation will be sent to you instantly and without due delays. Furthermore, we take the opportunity to remind you to provide us with your bank details including: Bank Name, IBAN and Name of Account Holder to ensure that transfer of funds is received by our clients in a more efficient and timely manner. This will not only help us enhance our business continuity process without physical intervention, but will also help to safeguard the environment and be socially sustainable.


Despite the fact that we are limiting certain interactions with our client, this will in no way impact the quality of the service we are providing to our client. All members of staff are working endlessly and in particular our advisory and asset management teams have the normal full access to market information to monitor and effectively manage our business operation in such turbulent times.


While we trust that the situation will be back to normal in the shortest time possible, we shall keep you updated with any changes to the operational processes adopted by the Company.
