• During today’s session, nine equities were active, seven of which headed north while the other two closed unchanged.
• The best performers were Malta International Airport plc (+8.2%), HSBC Bank Malta plc (+4.2%) and GO plc (+2.1%).
• HSBC Bank Malta plc was the most liquid as total turnover amounted to €153,119. A total of 215,641 shares were spread across 15 transactions.

 

• Plaza Centres plc announced that the company shall once again be offering its shareholders the opportunity to tender their shares to the company, if they so desire, at any price within a range of €0.90 to €0.95.
  • This price range has been reduced in line with bids made in the last exercise where the winning bid
    was closed at 92.5c.
