- The best performers were Mapfre Middlesea plc (+10.4%), Simonds Farsons Cisk plc (+7.5%) and Malta Properties Company plc (+4.7%).
- The worst performers were MaltaPost plc (-11.4%), GO plc (-3.3%) and BMIT Technologies plc (-0.9%).
- Malta International Airport plc was the most liquid as it generated a total turnover of €56,848. Six deals involving 9,169 shares were executed.
- LifeStar Holding plc announced that the board shall be meeting tomorrow to consider, and if thought appropriate, approve the annual financial statements for the financial year ending December 31, 2020.

- Yesterday, the board of Main Street Complex plc approved the audited financial statements for the financial year ended December 31, 2020.
- The Annual General Meeting shall be held on May 26, 2021.
- A 37% decline in revenue was recorded when compared to 2019.
- Profit before tax declined by 56% to €516,328 in 2020.
- The board has formulated the view that in this period of uncertainty, it would be prudent and in the best interests of the company not to recommend the declaration of a final dividend for the financial year ended December 31, 2020.
