Mapfre Middlesea plc announced that the ordinary resolutions were considered and approved during the Annual General Meeting held on April 30, 2021. The accounts of for the financial year ended December 31, 2020 and the reports of the directors and auditors were approved. The board also approved the final gross dividend of €0.052432 per share.
