- The best performers were Bank of Valletta plc (+2.3%) and BMIT Technologies plc (+1%).
- The worst performers were GO plc (-6.5%), HSBC Bank Malta plc (-4.2%) and Malta International Airport plc (-0.8%).
- Malta International Airport plc was the most liquid as it generated a total turnover of €83,763. Seven deals involving 13,510 shares were executed.

- Mapfre Middlesea plc announced that the ordinary resolutions were considered and approved during the Annual General Meeting held on April 30, 2021.
- The accounts of for the financial year ended December 31, 2020 and the reports of the directors and auditors were approved.
