- The best performers were Loqus Holdings plc (+48.1%), HSBC Bank Malta plc (+4.4%) and Tigne’ Mall plc (+1.4%).
- The worst performers were MIDI plc (-4.8%), Bank of Valletta plc (-1.1%) and Harvest Technology plc (-0.7%).
- Bank of Valletta plc was the most liquid as it generated a total turnover of €22,382. A total of 10 deals involving 24,758 shares were executed.

- International Hotel Investments plc approved the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2020.
- Total revenue declined by €176.4 million to €91.9 million.
- A loss before tax of €90.3 million was recorded versus a profit of €13.9 million recorded in the previous year.

- Medserv plc announced approved the audited consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended December 31, 2020.
- The total revenue generated for the year amounted to €32,411,788 (2019: €68,729,751) as against a forecast of €27,055,000.
- Adjusted Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) amounted to €5,565,272 (2019: €12,718,683) as against a forecast of €5,480,000.
- The Board resolved that these audited consolidated financial statements be submitted for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
- Subject to regulatory approval of the shareholder circular relating to the share for share exchange transaction with Regis Holdings Limited, the AGM is scheduled for June 11, 2021.
