• The best performers were HSBC Bank Malta plc (+1.2%), Bank of Valletta plc (+1.1%) and Harvest Technology plc (+0.7%).
• The worst performers were GO plc (-3.4%), MIDI plc (-2.8%) and RS2 Software plc (-2%).
• MIDI plc was the most liquid as it generated a total turnover of €17,675. Four deals involving 49,700 shares were executed.

 

• Simonds Farsons Cisk plc approved the annual report and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended January 31, 2021 and resolved to propose the same for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on June 24, 2021.
  • The Group’s profit before tax for the year amounted to €4.4m, a decrease of €7.9m over that reported in the previous year.
  • Group turnover amounted to €73m compared with €103.5m for the previous year – a decrease of 29.4%.
