Dividends
The view of the Board is that as much as it would like to propose a final dividend to the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, it would be prudent to await developments – and to see what happens over the coming summer months in Malta and across Europe. Shareholders can rest assured that appropriate dividend distributions will be resumed immediately it is judged prudent to do so.
Outlook
There is reasonable expectation that the Group and the parent Company have adequate resources to continue operating for the foreseeable future.
