Global Financial Services Group p.l.c. announced that on the 24th of March 2006 a meeting will be held by the Board of Directors to consider and approve its Finanical Statements for the year ended 31 December 2005 and also consider the recommendation of a dividend to its shareholders.  The Board of Directors of Plaza Centres p.l.c. are also scheduled to meet on Tuesday 21 March 2006 in order to consider and approve the company’s Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2005 and consider the declaration of a dividend to be recommended at the Company’s AGM.
