RS2 Software plc – Approval of Financial Statements for period ended 31 December 2011

RS2 Software p.l.c announced that Board of Directors approved the financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2011.

The Group registered a profit before tax of EUR 2.3m compared to EUR 1.6m registered in 2010. Revenue for the period under review amounted to EUR 8.8m, a rise of 17.21% from 2010. EPS decreased to EUR0.064.
