The Board of Directors of HSBC Bank Malta p.l.c. is scheduled to meet on Monday 3 August 2015 to: 

(i) approve the Group’s and the Bank’s Interim Accounts for the half-year ending 30 June 2015; 

(ii) consider the declaration of an interim dividend.
